Due to Hurricane Sandy, Governor Lynch has issued a state of emergency in New Hampshire.
As a result, White Mountains Community College and the Fortier Library will close at 3 p.m. on Monday, October 29th and will reopen on Wednesday, October 31. at 7 a.m.
